After making yesterday's card I decided there were a couple more stamp sets I could use and continue with the waves paper. Here I've combined the Long Fellows expression with the submarine image from You're Sublime stamp set. I used my markers to color the image and the Starburst framelits to cut the window.
I got this pack of Designer Series Paper free from this year's Sale-a -Bration. The blue color made me think of waves on the ocean. So, I pulled a couple of retired stamp sets out to make this card. The sea creatures come from the Silly Sealife set and the expression is from Long Fellows set.
