From Waves to Vines and Streamers

This first card uses the Swirly Scribbles thinlit used in yesterday's cards to make a vine. The flowers and leaves are stamped using the Swirly Bird stamp set and also diecut with the Swirly Scribbles thinlits.

And in this second card the same "waves" thinlit used to make streamers on this celebration card. The balloln and stamps for it are from the Balloon Celebration stamp set. I used some of the new metallic shapes. The edge of the cut is fussy cut and the expression was stamped using the Vertical Greetings stamp.

More Balloon Celebration

This is another Pinterest CASE using the Balloon Celebration Punch. I added a scrap of DSP and some seam binding to the edge of the card.
This was to be the same card but I got a big smudge of ink that the DSP and ribbon were not going to cover. So, had to improvise and this was the result. The expression covers my ink smudge and the little strip of DSP got trimmed and moved to the bottom of the card.

Ballon Celebration

I finally got my Balloon Celebration stamp set out to play with it. There are so many fun cards to CASE on Pinterest! This is one that uses the Tree Builder punch to cut clouds out of vellum. The punch works best if on vellum if you add a layer of copy paper and punch the two layers together. Then I used some candy dots to cover up the glue dots. The expression was made using the Endless Birthday Wishes stamp set (a really versatile photopolymer set). The balloons were stamped by stamping off 2 times before stamping on the card front with the solid balloon image and then using the same color full strength with the dotted balloon image.
